Kennett Community Land Trust is an exempt charity registered with the FCA, manned by ordinary people (volunteer trustees) to develop and manage homes as well as other assets on behalf of our members.  Kennett CLT acts as a long-term steward of housing, ensuring that it remains genuinely affordable, based on what people actually earn in their area, not just for now but for every future occupier.
