Kennett Community Land Trust (Kennett CLT for short) is an exempt charity registered with the FCA, manned by ordinary people (volunteer trustees) to develop and manage homes as well as other assets on behalf of our members.  Our aim is to ensure that our members homes remain genuinely affordable, not just for now but for every future occupier.
